CASCADE USERS GROUP

STANDING RULES

1. Dues will not be pro-rated. (Ref. Board Minutes 11/15/1984)

2. Dues established at $65 for individual members and $100 for corporate members per year. (Ref. General Meeting Minutes August 13, 2002) (See Article Three of Bylaws for description of individual and corporate membership.)

3. Memberships will not be accepted from recruiters. (Ref. Board Minutes 6/28/1990)

4. Membership rosters will be available only at regular meetings. (Ref. Board Minutes 1/15/1987)

5. The Board meeting agendas will be as follows: Treasurer Report, Secretary Report, Correspondence, Program/Facility Report, Audience Participation (limit to 5 minutes per person), Old Business, New Business, Miscellaneous, Adjournment. (Ref. Board Minutes 6/18/1987)

6. No offers of employment will be made at the User Group meetings. (Ref. Board Minutes 1/21/1988)

7. All members in good standing may publish on the web page hardware for sale and/or swap if they are not in the business of selling hardware. (Ref. Board Minutes 1/21/1988)

8. No unsolicited, unpaid advertising will be made available at the User Group meetings. (Ref. Board Minutes 1/21/1988)

9. Recruiters will not be allowed to advertise on our web page. (Ref. Board Minutes 4/20/1989)

10. Resumes of job seekers will be made available at the current meeting of the month only if the applicant is not employed by a member company. (Ref. Board Minutes 4/19/1990)

11. Our COMMON membership number will no longer be published or made available to the user group membership. Cascade members wishing to use the User Group membership for reduced conference fees will submit their registration forms to the COMMON chairperson. The chairperson will record the number and forward the registration. (Ref. Board Minutes 9/18/1992)
